Demco 7000lb Trailer Drum Brake Actuator

Most commonly used on boat trailers, this drum brake actuator makes transitioning to and from a marine environment much easier.

With a 7000 lb. G.V.W.R. maximum rating, 700 lb. tongue load (limited to coupler rating), this actuator is great for smaller trailer applications that meet these requirements. It mounts on a 3″ tongue with two 1/2″ x 4-1/2″ grade 5 bolts.

This actuator is the replacement for Demco’s 6000 lb. actuator manufacturer # 8605001. This new model # 8705001 has a higher capacity, it has 3 mounting holes instead of 2 mounting holes, and the handle on the coupler is now a composite handle.
